Teaser videos create anticipation

Hosted on the official YouTube channel of Ola Electric, the first teaser video sets the stage for an exciting introduction to the range of EV bikes. This dynamic presentation begins with eye-catching front views of models including the flagship Diamondhead, the sporty Roadster, the elegant Cruiser and the bold Adventure. The video then shifts to closer views, highlighting key features such as the cruiser's sleek LED headlight and slim taillight, as well as the roadster's unorthodox design including a smaller windshield and upgraded dual disc brakes.

Ola Motorcycle: Adventure and a sneak peek at Diamondhead

While the Adventure EV bike makes a brief appearance in the teaser video, the flagship Diamondhead is reserved for a dedicated showcase. Positioned at the forefront of Ola Electric's lineup, the Diamondhead stands out with its revolutionary design inspired by the futuristic Tesla Cybertruck. The attractive hexagonal front end houses a single LED strip that serves as both the Daytime Running Light (DRL) and the primary headlight. An Ola moniker subtly marks the lightbar on the right. The video highlights the bike's unique front-left perspective, revealing the contemporary integration of a screen within the front fairing in place of the conventional dashboard and instrument cluster.

Ola Motorcycle: Distinctive design elements

Among the Diamondhead's distinctive design elements are its innovative handlebars. Unlike traditional handlebar setups, Diamondhead's handlebars extend seamlessly from the fairing, creating a monolithic and streamlined appearance. This design also contributes to the exceptional aerodynamic profile of the bike. Worth noting is that the sharp body lines enhance the bike's aesthetics while reducing wind resistance.

The front suspension of the Ola Electric Diamondhead is a game-changer in motorcycle design. Departing from the traditional fork setup, Diamondhead opts for a radically different configuration. In the place where the internal combustion engine is usually located, the suspension is directly attached to the chassis of the bike. This innovative approach enhances stability and handling while also giving the bike a distinctive visual identity.
